Service Provider
The services available to members of the ICT Centre are provided by a company called The IT Department. Members receive a 10% discount off the IT Department's standard rates.
The IT Department
is a Melbourne based company with years of experience in providing full-range IT outsourcing to small-to-medium enterprises, and in particular to community sector organisations.

State Government
The ICT Centre is a combined initiative of the Victorian State Government and of the Victorian Community Sector. After listening to to the needs of the sector, the government decided to fund the ICT Centre through the Community Sector Investment Fund (CSIF).
The Department of Human Services (DHS) continue to provide oversight of and support for the ICT Centre as part of their service to the community sector.
