The Common Needs and Solutions Survey is designed to determine common Information and Communications Technology (ICT) needs, in order to deliver improved ICT products and services for all Victorian Community Sector Organisations. Simply by completing the survey you:

		Are automatically eligible to win a prize
		Receive a summary of the survey results
		Improve the ICT products and services available to your organisation!

The survey can be filled out by the CEO or senior manager of any Victorian Community Sector Organisation. There are two ways to complete the Common Needs & Solutions Survey:

	Online The survey is available is a user-friendly online format. This is the simplest and fastest way to complete the survey. Click here to begin filling out the online survey.
	On paper Alternately the survey is available as a downloadable PDF document. To complete the survey this way you'll need to print the downloaded document, fill out the survey, and then mail the results back to the ICT Centre. Click here to download the printable survey. The information gathered will be kept private by the ICT Centre, although anonymous aggregate data may be published in future (view privacy statement).

Privacy statement

Please note that this information from the Common Needs & Solutions Survey is being gathered by The ICT Centre. The ICT Centre is a business formed under the CSIF (Community Sector Investment Fund) of the Victorian Department of Human Services by Mambourin Enterprises Inc, NADRASCA Incorporated, Broadmeadows Disability Services and their selected ICT Service Provider, The IT Department.

All data collected in the survey will be kept private to The ICT Centre, and used solely to define, offer and deliver improved ICT products and services to Victorian Community Sector Organisations. No personal or organizational information will be shared with any other party. Aggregate statistical data, containing no information identifying individual participants, may be published at the sole discretion of The ICT Centre.
